Are your postcards and business cards printed
in full color on both sides?
Yes, all of our postcards and business cards are
printed in full color on both sides. |

What paper stocks do you print on?
We print on ultra thick 16 point cardstock with
UV laminated finish. . For our brochures 100lb glossy
text paper with Aqueous coating. These paper stocks
are among the best quality when compared to our
competitors. |

What is UV?
UV coating an extremely high gloss
coating that provides a moisture, curl and fade
resistant finish. UV cannot
be used with inkjet printers, laser printers, and
postage meters. If you are using a mailing
service, check if the UV coated paper is acceptable.

What type of printing press does Direct
Color use?
We use the highest-quality offset printing press,
A Heidelberg speed master. No low quality digital
postcards here! |

Can I combine several designs for the 1,000
or 5,000 quantity price break?
No, the price break
is for the same design. However, we do offer

How will my order be shipped?
All of our orders will be shipped by UPS Ground.
We will email you a tracking number when it is shipped
so that you will able to track it. Transit
2-3 business days. |

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your initial order and order confirmation
along with the proof date is sent via email in 2
hours or less. Proofs are sent via email in
2 business days or less. No additional fee for revised
proofs. After your final approval is received we
will complete your order and ship it within 5 business
days (magnetic products allow 7 to 9 business days).

What is your return policy?
Reprint requests must be made within 30 days from
the date your order shipped. Final determination
of a reprint, refund or account credit will be made
by our Customer Service department. Once you
have given your approval to print, you accept full
responsibility and have verified the accuracy of
your order. Direct Color is not responsible for
any errors or omissions such as but not limited
to spelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, fonts, and
punctuation, so please be sure to check your proof
carefully in comparison to any original artwork
you provided if applicable. |
